Ahem.

Today! Is a self-care kind of day. Did you get enough sleep last night? Do Mondays stress you out? <Hands-Up Emoji> 

Today let's take our cue from Bedtime Bear and make sure we (and everyone else in our family) gets plenty of zzzzzz's tonight.

Do what you can to have a great night sleep: Take a soothing bath beforehand; drink some Sleepytime Tea; get in bed an hour early; stay screen-free for at least an hour before lights out; etc. Whatever works for you do it! For me that means ear plugs + a little melatonin + a spritz of lavender on the pillow + crossword puzzles = lights out. 

You do you (as long as you get 8+ hours of sleep)

We can tackle the world so much better after a good night's rest.
